INTRODUCTION

The CBD-A Series Stand-On Electric Pallet Truck is designed for intensive material handling, combining heavy-duty capacity with stable and responsive control. All models feature a stand-on operating platform and electric power steering, with rated load capacities ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 kg, ensuring flexible handling even under heavy-load conditions. Its compact body and minimum turning radius of 2,020 mm make it well suited for confined working areas in warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities. Equipped with 24V/48V lead-acid batteries, an AC drive system, polyurethane wheels, and a drive motor delivering up to 8 kW, the series offers powerful performance, stable operation, and excellent durability. An electromagnetic braking system further improves parking safety, making frequent heavy-duty material handling more efficient and reliable.

High Load Capacity and Compact Design: Offers strong load-handling capacity while maintaining a compact body that requires less operating space. It is easy to steer and maneuver through narrow aisles in warehouses and factories, combining heavy-duty performance with operational flexibility.
Branded Controller with Multiple Protection Functions: A reliable branded controller centrally manages the drive, braking, and electrical systems. Multiple automatic protection functions respond promptly to abnormal operating conditions, improving overall stability and safety.
Full AC Drive System with Low Maintenance: The full AC drive system features a brushless design, reducing wear-prone components and routine maintenance requirements. Its compact, lightweight motor delivers stable and efficient performance, making it ideal for frequent and continuous warehouse operations.
Foot-Operated Safety Switch: The operator platform is equipped with a safety switch. The truck can operate only when the pedal is depressed. If the operator leaves the platform or releases the pedal, the system cuts off the drive to prevent accidental operation.
Side-Extraction Battery for Easy Replacement: The side-extraction battery features a roller system, allowing it to be quickly removed and replaced using a battery trolley. No complicated disassembly is required, making it ideal for fast battery changes during intensive multi-shift operations.
High-Capacity Battery for Extended Runtime: The high-capacity battery provides longer continuous operating time and reduces downtime caused by frequent charging. It delivers consistent and reliable power during frequent material handling and heavy-load operations.
Electromagnetic Braking to Prevent Unintended Movement: The electromagnetic braking system automatically applies the brake and locks the truck when operation stops or power is disconnected. It keeps the truck securely stationary without additional action, reducing the risk of unintended movement on slopes or while parked.
