INTRODUKTION
The side-standing electric pallet truck is an electric logistics device specifically designed for efficient pallet handling in narrow aisles (≤1.6m). It features a "side-standing + lateral operation" design—operators stand on the side platform and use electric drive to precisely handle standard pallets (1.0-1.2m wide). Compared to traditional stand-on or walk-behind pallet trucks, its integrated "side-view + lateral control + electric power assist" design significantly improves efficiency in confined spaces, making it a benchmark for high-performance operations in tight environments.
Configuration
- Vertical Drive Gearbox Unit: The vertical drive unit integrates the motor and gearbox into a compact structure with superior heat dissipation. Compared to horizontal designs, the vertical configuration offers better dust and water resistance, making it ideal for warehouse floors with dust, oil, or light standing water.
- Integrated Hydraulic Pump & Solenoid Valves: Featuring an integrated design for the hydraulic pump and solenoid valves, the system minimizes piping length and pressure loss for faster lift response. This integration reduces connection leakage points, enhances hydraulic reliability, and lowers maintenance probability.
- Electronic Power Steering (EPS) – Lightweight & Silent: The EPS system automatically adjusts steering torque based on speed, making in-place steering extremely effortless. Utilizing a motor-driven steering pump eliminates hydraulic steering noise for quiet operation, perfect for noise-sensitive night shifts or indoor environments.
- Electromagnetic & Regenerative Braking System: Electromagnetic and regenerative braking work synergistically. Upon releasing the accelerator or reversing, the motor acts as a generator to convert kinetic energy back into battery charge while providing wear-free deceleration. The electromagnetic brake automatically locks when parked to prevent rolling.
- Short-Circuit & Open-Circuit Protection: The electrical system integrates short and open-circuit protection devices. It automatically cuts off power in case of line abnormalities to prevent wire harness burnout or fire hazards, ensuring overall electrical safety.
- High/Low Voltage Limiting & Electrical Overheat Protection: The controller continuously monitors voltage and temperature. It automatically limits power output if voltage is too high or too low to prevent battery or motor damage. If temperature thresholds are exceeded, the system reduces frequency or initiates a shutdown to ensure safety under extreme conditions.
- Circuit Fault Detection & Error Code Diagnostics: The control system includes a built-in self-diagnostic module. It automatically identifies fault types and displays error codes on the dashboard, allowing technicians to quickly locate issues and drastically reduce downtime.
- 48V High-Capacity Lead-Acid Battery: Powered by a 48V high-capacity lead-acid battery, providing long runtime suitable for high-frequency, multi-shift operations. With mature technology and low acquisition cost, plus support for recycling, it effectively reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO).
