INTRODUÇÃO
The Ride-On Electric Pallet Truck is a high-efficiency electric handling device designed for frequent medium-to-short-distance pallet transport. With a standing platform for operation, electric drive, and hydraulic lifting, it effortlessly handles standard palletized goods. Compared to manual pallet trucks or sit-down forklifts, its advantages of "electric-powered labor-saving, agile ride-on maneuverability, and precise cargo handling" make it the optimal choice for medium-low-height material handling scenarios.

- Dual Hydraulic Cylinders: Adopts a dual hydraulic cylinder lifting structure for uniform force distribution and stable lifting without side-loading. Ideal for eccentric loads or uneven pallets; compared to single-cylinder systems, it delivers greater lifting power and a longer service life.
- Multi-Function Integrated Control Handle: The handle integrates travel acceleration/deceleration, forward/reverse, lift/lower, and horn functions. All operations can be completed with one hand, reducing hand movement, lowering operator fatigue, and improving work efficiency.
- AC Drive Motor – Brushless & Maintenance-Free: Equipped with a brushless AC drive motor, eliminating the need for regular carbon brush replacement. Its fully sealed structure is dustproof and moisture-resistant, significantly reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs, making it ideal for high-intensity continuous operation.
- Electronic Power Steering (EPS) – Lightweight Operation: The electronic power steering system automatically adjusts steering torque based on speed. Maneuvering in place or turning in narrow aisles requires minimal effort, enabling easy operation while reducing arm fatigue during extended shifts.
- Electromagnetic & Regenerative Braking System: Electromagnetic and regenerative braking work together to improve efficiency and safety. When releasing the handle or reversing, the motor converts kinetic energy into electrical energy to recharge the battery while enabling smooth, wear-free deceleration. The electromagnetic brake automatically locks when parked to prevent rolling.
- Chassis Suspension System (Pedal & Handle Shock Absorption): Shock absorption structures are integrated into the chassis, standing pedal, and handle to absorb impact and vibration from uneven surfaces. This minimizes strain on the operator’s waist, legs, and arms, making it suitable for long-duration stand-on operation and rough warehouse floors.
- CURTIS Brand Drive Control System: Equipped with a CURTIS drive controller for precise parameter calibration and smooth speed regulation. Features multiple protection functions, including over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage protection. The system ensures high stability, a low failure rate, and easy troubleshooting through a diagnostic port.
- Bucher Brand Low-Noise Hydraulic Pump: The Bucher hydraulic pump features an optimized internal structure that significantly reduces operating noise compared with standard pump units. It is suitable for noise-sensitive environments such as supermarkets, hospital storage rooms, and electronics factories, while ensuring smooth and stable lifting performance.
- Omron Inductive Micro Switches: Uses Omron non-contact inductive micro switches to detect handle upright position, braking, and lift limits. Without mechanical contacts, they offer zero wear, no sticking, and excellent water and dust resistance, significantly reducing switch-related failures.

- Stepless Drive Speed Control: The drive system supports stepless speed regulation, ensuring smooth and continuous speed changes without gear-shifting jerks. Operators can precisely control travel speed according to working conditions—low speed for accurate fork positioning and higher speed for efficient long-distance transport.
- Controller Multi-Protection System: The controller integrates multiple protection functions, including over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. In the event of abnormalities, it automatically limits or cuts off power output to prevent damage to the motor or electrical system, while extending the service life of the battery and controller.
- Emergency Reverse & Emergency Braking Devices: The emergency reverse device uses sensors positioned at the rear or on the handle to detect obstacles or personnel during reverse travel. The vehicle automatically stops and moves slightly in the opposite direction to help prevent collision injuries. The emergency braking device is an independent emergency stop mechanism that immediately cuts power and locks the drive wheel when activated, enabling rapid stopping in emergency situations.
- Automatic Speed Reduction on Turns for Enhanced Safety: During turning, the control system automatically detects the steering angle and actively reduces travel speed to prevent cargo tipping or vehicle sideslip caused by centrifugal force. This feature is especially suitable for narrow warehouse aisles and slippery floor conditions.
- Hydraulic Safety Cut-off Valve: The hydraulic cylinder circuit is equipped with a built-in safety cut-off valve. In the event of an unexpected hose rupture causing a sudden pressure drop, the valve automatically locks to prevent the forks or platform from sudden descent, ensuring the safety of both operators and cargo.
