This is a versatile piece of equipment that combines the flexibility of a forklift with the vertical/horizontal extension capabilities for elevated work. Designed for complex operating scenarios, it integrates a vertical mast lifting system and a rotary telescopic jib based on a forklift chassis. It can both precisely transport goods and lift personnel/tools to specific high positions, achieving an integrated "transport + elevated work" solution, suitable for multiple scenarios such as warehousing logistics, manufacturing, and building maintenance.

- Sistema de Descida de Emergência: Equipado com uma válvula de descida de emergência manual ou com bateria de reserva. Em caso de perda de energia ou falha do sistema hidráulico, os operadores podem acionar um cordão ou um botão para controlar uma descida suave e controlada. - Sistema de proteção contra ruptura de mangueiras hidráulicas: As mangueiras hidráulicas são equipadas com válvulas de segurança integradas. - 352° Platform Rotation: The slewing mechanism supports 352° of continuous rotation (near-full circle), covering almost the entire work area without frequent chassis repositioning, significantly improving positioning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- 6m Horizontal Jib Extension: The front jib provides a maximum horizontal outreach of 6 meters, allowing the platform to cross obstacles or perform precise operations in hard-to-reach areas, such as over equipment tops or around pipe exteriors.
- Non-Marking Tires: Equipped with polyurethane or composite rubber non-marking tires that prevent damage to epoxy floors, tiles, and warehouse surfaces. Perfect for indoor use, clean workshops, and locations with strict floor protection requirements.
- Fixed Anchor Points & Lifting Lugs: The body features dedicated anchor points and lifting lugs for secure tie-down during transport, as well as support for crane-assisted loading, unloading, or cross-site relocation.
- Platform Self-Locking Gate: The platform entrance is fitted with a mechanical or sensor-based self-locking gate. The machine will not lift or drive if the gate is not properly secured, preventing accidental falls and ensuring high-altitude safety.
- Overload Sensing System: Integrated weight sensors continuously monitor the load status. In case of overload, the system triggers an alarm and cuts off lifting functions to prevent tipping or structural damage.
- Motion Audible Alarm: An intermittent buzzer sounds automatically during lifting, traveling, and slewing operations to alert nearby personnel to keep clear, enhancing overall jobsite safety.
- Pinch Point Protection: Protective covers or sensor devices are installed at guardrails, pivot points, and hinges to minimize the risk of hand injuries, complying with ergonomic safety design standards.
- Horn: An electric horn is mounted on the steering wheel or control panel for signaling and warnings, facilitating communication and alerts in noisy environments or when sightlines are obstructed.
- Standard Transport Fork Pockets: Standard-sized fork pockets are integrated into both sides of the chassis, allowing for easy lifting, relocation, stacking, and transport via forklift without requiring additional lifting equipment.
- Charger Protection System: The charging circuit integrates over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, and reverse polarity protection to prevent battery damage or charging accidents, effectively extending battery service life.
- Dual Control Handles: Equipped with dual control handles (e.g., left handle for travel/steering, right handle for boom/platform functions), providing clear functional division for coordinated complex operations.
- Chain Slack Detection: Lifting chains for the mast or boom are equipped with slack detection switches. If elongation or slack exceeds the set value, the system triggers an alarm or stops operation to prevent chain disengagement accidents.
