The customer was enquired in March 2019 and did not reach cooperation until August 2019.
From March to May, customers and we have been communicating frequently with various parameters and details. However, after May, customers basically no longer respond to our follow-up, thinking that customers will not purchase again. Finally, at the end of July, the customer contacted us again and said that they had to purchase.
Since we were the first cooperation, the client drafted the letter of credit. Despite the difficult conditions, we completed the production on schedule and delivered on time. The customer is very happy to cooperate with us and look forward to the next cooperation.
