- Emergency Descent System: Equipped with a manual or battery-backed emergency descent valve. In the event of power loss or hydraulic system failure, operators can activate a pull-cord or push-button to control a smooth, controlled descent. This prevents personnel or cargo from being stranded at height, significantly enhancing emergency safety.
- Hydraulic Hose Burst Protection System: Hydraulic hoses are fitted with integrated burst valves. If a hose ruptures unexpectedly causing a sudden pressure drop, the valve automatically locks to prevent the platform from free-falling. This ensures the lifting mechanism and boom remain under control under all operating conditions.
- Automatic Braking System: The braking system automatically engages based on wheel speed and incline signals during movement or stationary periods. - Proportional Control: Joystick supports proportional speed regulation—the farther the throw, the faster the action. Enables precise inching control for lifting, traveling, and steering, enhancing operational comfort in confined spaces.
- Platform Self-Locking Gate: Equipped with a mechanical self-locking gate at the platform entrance. The machine is prohibited from lifting or driving if the gate is not fully secured, preventing accidental falls and ensuring high-altitude safety.
- Full-Height Drive Capability: Allows normal travel at any platform height (not limited to stowed position). Enables slight positional adjustments during aerial work without repeated lifting/lowering, significantly boosting efficiency.

- Emergency Stop Button: Red emergency stop buttons are equipped on both the control panel and remote control. Pressing immediately cuts all power output for emergency braking in critical situations.
- Swing-Open Protective Covers: Swing-open protective covers are installed over key components (e.g., controllers, batteries, hydraulic valve blocks). They can be opened tool-free for quick daily inspection and maintenance.
