INTRODUKTION

The DFLIFT Mobile Loading Platform can be set up as a "mobile dock" in locations without fixed platforms—such as warehouses, open container yards, logistics distribution centers, or temporary loading and unloading points. The entire machine uses a high-strength steel structure chassis and anti-slip patterned steel plate bridge deck, eliminating the height difference between the ground and the truck bed, allowing forklifts to directly drive into the truck bed for efficient and safe loading and unloading. The hydraulic system adjusts the height to accommodate various types of trucks and containers, and the solid tires and tow hook at the bottom facilitate flexible movement and positioning within the factory area. No civil engineering pit or fixed infrastructure is required—simply position, level, and start operating immediately.

• Equipped with a wireless remote control system, allowing operators to work safely from a distance with better visibility. The hydraulic system ensures smooth and stable lifting without shocks.
• Key components are made from high-strength wear-resistant materials for long service life. Optional anti-slip decking and wear-resistant coatings are available for frequent loading operations.
• The reinforced chassis and lifting structure provide excellent stability under full load. Support legs or self-locking mechanisms keep the platform level and secure at any height.
• Built-in emergency lowering and power-lock systems allow safe manual lowering during power outages and prevent accidental platform descent, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• The intuitive control system supports both wired and wireless operation. Forklifts and pallet trucks can load cargo directly onto the platform, while caster wheels with brakes enable easy movement and positioning.
