After communicating with the customer, I learned that they had purchased from other suppliers. The customer mentioned that the prices offered by other suppliers were slightly lower than ours, but the quality was not as reliable, and the appearance of the products was not as refined.
I discussed this with our manager and applied for an internal discount for the customer, considering their long-term partnership and repeated purchases.
