We received this inquiry from the customer on our website (www.dflift.com) in February 2025. Since the customer required a higher lifting height, I recommended our 18m towable scissor lift and provided pictures and videos for a better understanding of the product.
After receiving the quotation and warranty details, the customer showed strong interest and soon confirmed the purchase of 3 units. We also offered a discount for the bulk order. The whole process went smoothly.
Once the goods were ready, we quickly arranged transportation and secured a vessel with lower freight costs, saving money for the customer. The goods are currently on their way to Nigeria, and we look forward to receiving positive feedback.
