Initially, we produced the product according to the standard parameters. However, after production was completed, the customer requested a larger platform. We promptly re-manufactured the table to meet their needs, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our service.
As Malaysian customs have strict regulations for imported products, once the goods arrived at Kuching Port, we worked closely with the customer to facilitate customs clearance. The customer was able to receive the goods promptly.
