We received this inquiry from the customer on JivoChat on January 4th, 2024. The customer wanted an electric stacker with lifting height of 3m and capacity of 1500kg. After I sent him the quotation, the customer quickly confirmed the order and arranged 100% advance payment.
After receiving the payment, I confirmed some details with him, such as charger voltage, plug, logo and machine color. Customer all gave timely replies.
After the machine was ready, it was close to the Spring Festival holiday and the logistics were suspended. I communicated with the customer whether we can ship after the holiday, and he expressed his understanding and approval. After the holiday, I immediately arranged delivery for the customer. During the trade process, our communication was smooth and harmonious.
