We received this inquiry through our website (www.dflift.com) on January 8th, 2025. The customer was interested in an electric pallet truck with a large tonnage. Specifically, they requested a 6-ton pallet truck with a fork length of 2.4 meters. Since we were able to manufacture according to their requirements, the customer quickly placed an order. The entire negotiation process took less than 20 days.
The customer made the payment during the Spring Festival holiday. To ensure timely delivery, we arranged production immediately after the holiday. Once production was completed, we promptly organized the shipment. The customer was very satisfied with the entire process and expressed a strong interest in cooperating with us again.
