We received this inquiry from the customer on the website (www.dflift.com). The customer wanted a self-propelled scissor lift. I sent the catalogue to customer. Finally, he confirmed that he wanted a 6m & 550kg self-propelled scissor lift.
The customer also inquired about other suppliers in China, and one of the suppliers in Chongqing offered a lower price than what I quoted. After three weeks of friendly negotiations, he was moved by our products and services, and finally chose to purchase from us.
After the order was confirmed, we actively confirmed some details with the customer, such as logo, charger voltage and plug. The customer is very efficient and actively cooperates with us.
