We received this inquiry from a customer in November 2024 through our website (www.dflift.com), which had been recommended by one of our previous clients. The customer originally wanted 6 dock levelers for loading and unloading goods in supermarkets and shopping centers. After confirming the price, the customer signed a PI with us, but mentioned that the equipment would not be needed until June 2025, so the purchase was postponed.
In February 2025, the customer restarted the project and sent us detailed drawings. We customized the platform size according to these drawings. At that time, the customer adjusted the order to 5 units, and after we updated the PI, he confirmed the order.
For shipping, the customer arranged his own freight forwarder and requested that our goods be loaded together with other products purchased from different suppliers into a 20ft container. We assisted in coordinating the loading process, which helped save transportation costs, and the customer expressed great appreciation.
