We offered a model with similar specifications and a more competitive price, which could fully meet the customer's needs. I provided quotes for both 8m and 10m self-propelled scissor lifts. After the quotation, the customer did not respond.
Eight months later, as the customer’s project progressed, I followed up with updated pricing. The customer finally decided to purchase the 10m scissor lift and took responsibility for handling the SONCAP certificate required for customs clearance. Once the order was confirmed, the entire process went very smoothly. The scissor lift has now been shipped to Apapa Port in Nigeria. I look forward to receiving the customer's feedback after delivery.
