INLEIDING<\/h3>\r\n

The DFLIFT Mobile Loading Platform can be set up as a “mobile dock” in locations without fixed platforms\u2014such as warehouses, open container yards, logistics distribution centers, or temporary loading and unloading points. The entire machine uses a high-strength steel structure chassis and anti-slip patterned steel plate bridge deck, eliminating the height difference between the ground and the truck bed, allowing forklifts to directly drive into the truck bed for efficient and safe loading and unloading. The hydraulic system adjusts the height to accommodate various types of trucks and containers, and the solid tires and tow hook at the bottom facilitate flexible movement and positioning within the factory area. No civil engineering pit or fixed infrastructure is required\u2014simply position, level, and start operating immediately.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

KENMERKEN<\/h3>\r\n

  • Uitgerust met een draadloos afstandsbedieningssysteem, waardoor operators veilig op afstand kunnen werken met beter zicht. Het hydraulische systeem zorgt voor soepel en stabiel heffen zonder schokken.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • De belangrijkste onderdelen zijn vervaardigd uit zeer sterke, slijtvaste materialen voor een lange levensduur. Optioneel zijn antislip vloerdelen en slijtvaste coatings beschikbaar voor frequente beladingswerkzaamheden.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Het versterkte chassis en de hefconstructie zorgen voor uitstekende stabiliteit onder volledige belasting. Steunpoten of zelfvergrendelende mechanismen houden het platform op elke hoogte waterpas en veilig.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • De ingebouwde nooddaal- en vergrendelingssystemen maken veilig handmatig zakken mogelijk tijdens stroomuitval en voorkomen onbedoeld afdalen van het platform, waardoor aan de veiligheidsnormen wordt voldaan.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Het intu\u00eftieve besturingssysteem ondersteunt zowel bedrade als draadloze bediening. Heftrucks en palletwagens kunnen goederen direct op het platform laden, terwijl zwenkwielen met remmen het verplaatsen en positioneren vergemakkelijken.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
