This is a versatile piece of equipment that combines the flexibility of a forklift with the vertical\/horizontal extension capabilities for elevated work. Designed for complex operating scenarios, it integrates a vertical mast lifting system and a rotary telescopic jib based on a forklift chassis. It can both precisely transport goods and lift personnel\/tools to specific high positions, achieving an integrated “transport + elevated work” solution, suitable for multiple scenarios such as warehousing logistics, manufacturing, and building maintenance.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

  • Nooddaalsysteem: Uitgerust met een handmatig of batterijgevoed nooddaalventiel. Bij stroomuitval of een storing in het hydraulische systeem kunnen operators een trekkoord of drukknop activeren om een soepele, gecontroleerde afdaling te bewerkstelligen. Dit voorkomt dat personeel of lading op hoogte vast komt te zitten, waardoor de veiligheid in noodsituaties aanzienlijk wordt verbeterd.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Hydraulisch slangbreukbeveiligingssysteem: De hydraulische slangen zijn voorzien van ge\u00efntegreerde breekventielen. Als een slang onverwacht scheurt en daardoor een plotselinge drukval veroorzaakt, vergrendelt het ventiel automatisch om te voorkomen dat het platform naar beneden valt. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het hefmechanisme en de giek onder alle bedrijfsomstandigheden onder controle blijven.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Automatisch remsysteem: Het remsysteem wordt automatisch geactiveerd op basis van de wielsnelheid en hellingshoek, zowel tijdens het rijden als wanneer de machine stilstaat. Of het nu op hellingen, oneffen terrein of tijdens het rijden met een heftruck is, het voorkomt effectief dat de machine ongecontroleerd beweegt en zorgt voor algehele stabiliteit tijdens verplaatsingen, laden en werkzaamheden op hoogte.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Storingsdiagnosesysteem: Het bedieningspaneel is voorzien van een intelligente diagnosemodule die continu het hydraulische systeem, de accustatus, de sensoren en de toestand van de giek bewaakt. Bij afwijkingen worden specifieke foutcodes of indicatielampjes weergegeven, waardoor snelle probleemoplossing mogelijk is en de stilstandtijd van de apparatuur tot een minimum wordt beperkt.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

    • 6m Horizontal Jib Extension: The front jib provides a maximum horizontal outreach of 6 meters, allowing the platform to cross obstacles or perform precise operations in hard-to-reach areas, such as over equipment tops or around pipe exteriors.<\/li>\r\n\t
    • Non-Marking Tires: Equipped with polyurethane or composite rubber non-marking tires that prevent damage to epoxy floors, tiles, and warehouse surfaces. Perfect for indoor use, clean workshops, and locations with strict floor protection requirements.<\/li>\r\n\t
    • Fixed Anchor Points & Lifting Lugs: The body features dedicated anchor points and lifting lugs for secure tie-down during transport, as well as support for crane-assisted loading, unloading, or cross-site relocation.<\/li>\r\n\t
    • Platform Self-Locking Gate: The platform entrance is fitted with a mechanical or sensor-based self-locking gate. The machine will not lift or drive if the gate is not properly secured, preventing accidental falls and ensuring high-altitude safety.<\/li>\r\n\t
    • Overload Sensing System: Integrated weight sensors continuously monitor the load status. In case of overload, the system triggers an alarm and cuts off lifting functions to prevent tipping or structural damage.<\/li>\r\n\t
